Andre Berto Talks To TBC- Former WBC and IBF world welterweight champion Andre Berto (31-5) talked to the Boxing Channel recently.

We last saw Berto in April of this year when he faced Shawn Porter at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center. That hard fought bout saw Berto take a ninth round stoppage loss. He fought just once in 2016, avenging a prior loss to Victor Ortiz and the match prior to that was Berto’s famous September of 2015 fight with Floyd Msaweather Jr.

Berto is still just 33 years old and he is looking to get a second fight in for 2017. Berto is part of the Premier Boxing Champions roster and he is looking to stay a player in the crowded welterweight division.

In this latest TBC segment, our roving cameraman Marcelino Castillo caught up with Berto at the Barclays Center during the recent Adrien Broner vs Mikey Garcia fight that aired on Showtime. The soft spoken Berto is not usually one for big talk but he certainly wanted to talk in this latest segment. Check out what Andre Berto had to say.
