Brentwood Regional Action – Skeete Defends Brit Belt
Nov 26 2016 5:59 PM

Brentwood Regional Action – Brentwood, England was the site of an 8-fight boxing card on Friday night, November 25th that saw three regional BBBofC titles at play in the feature fight slots.

The card was of particular note for the presence of BBBofC British welterweight champion Bradley Skeete, who entered his fight with John Thain at 24-1. Skeete looked Sharpe in retaining his belt by unanimous decision. He has held most of the belts in the BBBofC’s regional belt structure and has held the WBO European welterweight title. The lone loss of his career came against British rival Frankie Gavin, but that came back in November of 2014 and with last night’s impressive win Skeete has now won seven in a row.
