D “The Miracle” J is okay. And after chasing off cancer, he should have his day. But I have to admit that his opponent doesn't have a prayer in hell. I believe that Jarrod Catcher — I mean Fletcher — will be sleeping after the first bell. Holla!

To me, Danny Jacobs is already a champion. I don't need the WBA or any other organization out there to tell me this. He has come back from a near death experience and beaten cancer. He is an inspiration and someone whom I will always be openly rooting for inside the boxing ring.

Since coming back from cancer treatment, his career has been managed very smartly. He needed to take it slow and get his feet back under him inside the ring. This fight against Fletcher is a step up but not a huge step up. Its a good progression level fight for Jacobs and one I firmly believe he will prevail.
