David Benavidez Grabs WBC World Title – The vacant WBC world super middleweight title is going home with 20 year old David Benavidez after he won a controversial split decision over rugged Ronald Gavril Friday night at the Hard Rock in Las Vegas and on Showtime.

Benavidez becomes the youngest active champion out there today with the win, which Gavril will dispute.
