Eddie Goldman Talks PEDS – As 2016 comes to an end, the world of boxing and of sport in general has mushroomed on the international level and along with this growth comes some baggage. One of those negative points is the specter of PEDs, where it appears that the users are far, far ahead of the agencies there to police the situation.

In a hint at just how lawless the world of boxing can be internationally, Povetkin was allowed to fight after the second test, albeit in a match without WBC sanctioning and with no title on the line, but the “Professional Boxing Federation Of Russia” was powerless to intervene in the face of a big money promotion. Where do we go from here?
