As the 2016 Summer Games play out in Rio, 2012 U.S. Olympian Errol Spence Jr. takes a look back at his experiences in London.

Now a top welterweight contender, Spence recalls his favorite moment from the 2012 trip overseas, discusses what – if anything – he would change from his experience and offers his advice to the young amateur fighters in this summer's Olympiad.

Spence has become arguably the most high-profile professional boxer from the 2012 Olympic team, and at 20-0 with 17 KOs to his credit, he is now knocking on the door of his first career world title shot.

Spence will face veteran Leonard Bundu on August 21, 2016, on NBC in an IBC Welterweight World Title eliminator bout, with he winner earning a shot at the belt currently held by England's Kell Brook.
