Johnny Nelson Talks Mayweather Jr vs McGregor – Former world cruiserweight champion and current broadcast analyst Johnny Nelson is in Las Vegas this week to take in the Floyd Mayweather Jr vs Conor McGregor pay-per-view fight scheduled for this Saturday, August 26th. Nelson is working with the team at SKY Box Office, which is airing the fight in the U.K.

Nelson, who turned 50 earlier this year, retired in 2005 with the WBO cruiserweight belt still in his possession and a 45-12-2 overall record. Since then, the Sheffield fighter has turned to working behind the microphone with England’s SKY TV and in this segment Nelson is interviewed about this weekend’s  PPV mega-fight. The fight airs this Saturday on Showtime pay-per-view. The live event is set for the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas and several of the undercard fights are set to air on FOX, check local listings for all start times.
