Wilder vs Ortiz For The WBC Heavyweight Title – This Saturday, March 3rd, at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, WBC world heavyweight champion Deontay “The Bronze Bomber” Wilder (39-0-0, 38 KOs) defends his title for a seventh time when he faces fellow unbeaten contender Luis “King Kong” Ortiz (28-0-0, 24 KOs). The event will air on SHOWTIME at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT.

In the co-main event, top super middleweight contender Andre Dirrell (26-2-0, 16 KOs) rematches hard-hitting Jose Uzcategui (26-2-0, 22 KOs) for the IBF’s interim 168-pound world title.  Their first fight last May ended in a disqualification win for Dirrell when Uzcategui knocked Andre out with a punch that landed after the bell. But perhaps even more memorable was what happened afterwards: Dirrell’s uncle and cornerman Leon Lawson sucker-punched Uzcategui twice.
