Spence Jr vs Peterson Odds Review – Showtime and the Premier Boxing Champions are together again at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center this Saturday night.
The main event sees IBF world welterweight champion Errol Spence Jr (22-0) defending his title against the challenge of veteran Lamont Peterson (35-3-1). Peterson is coming in a major underdog as he attempts to capture another world title. Spence Jr at 28 years old appears to be a formidable champion who is entering his prime, so the books have put a wide line on this one.
A second IBF world title fight is on the card as lightweight champion Robert Easter Jr (20-0) puts his belt on the line against Javier Fortuna. Fortuna is a heavy underdog. A light heavyweight 10-rounder featuring undefeated prospect Marcus Browne (20-0) taking on Francy Ntetu (17-1) is also expected to air on the Showtime broadcast.
Below are the current odds as they stand early on Thursday before the fight. Check your sports book for the latest lines and don’t forget to check your local listings for start times on Showtime.
